Selling your home is a process, and I will work diligently for you to best represent you and your property. Before you sell there are many things you will want to consider. First you will want to make sure you know the true value of your home by making a Comparative Market Analysis of homes like yours. Are you planning on living in the home until it sells or will the home be empty? How quickly do you want to sell?
I start by adding your home to my two MLS’s (listing services) and third party real estate sites to get the word out that your home is for sale.That will make sure that everyone, including agents and potential buyers, know your property is for sale.

 

How this works:

It starts with a phone call. When I hear from you we will schedule a FREE Seller Consultation so that I can get to know you, and what you are looking for in selling your home. I will perform a Comparative Market Analysis to make sure you have the most up to date information on your home value. This is created by looking at the current market value of your home, creating a strategy on how your sale will fit into the market, and at what price I can competitively expect to sell your home.

  • We will work together and draft a listing contract.
    Each home sale is different, and my process is very individual to my clients. We will sit down and discuss the exact terms of the contract that will allow me to be your agent for the sale. I will document every part of the transaction including the listing date, length of time the contract is valid, listing price, professional fees, and all other terms. As your agent it is important to me that you understand every step of the process.
  • Enhance Your Home to Increase its Value
    As part of listing your home I will provide insight on how you can best prepare your home for the market. The process of selling your home starts well before the listing date. I want to make sure you get the highest sale price for your home that we can. Small changes can go a long way, and I work with you to find the best balance between increasing value and selling quickly.
  • High Quality Photographs
    A picture is worth a thousand words. I work with professional photographers to make sure the photographs of your home make it look beautiful. You want to make sure the first impression people have of your home casts it in the best “light”. Your home is someone’s dream home, and high quality photographs help them see it.
  • Get Your Listing in Front of the Right Buyers
    Key to finding the perfect buyer for your home is a great marketing strategy. I make sure your home is showcased across multiple outlets. From adding it to my two MLS systems to creating a strong online presence, I get your home in front of buyers. An online presence is crucial and is achieved through multiple listing services, 3rd party real estate sites, and social media marketing.  Than handle it all.
