- Assess Your Needs and Dreams
My process starts with us sitting down together so I can listen to you tell me about your dream home. I want to hear what you are truly looking for. Only once I have heard what you are looking for can I get started. From there I will analyze your wants, needs, and dreams to determine your top must-haves, your target location, and ideal price range.
- Find Your Perfect Home
Using those wants, needs, and dreams I will set up a custom search through my two MLS’s (multi-listing services) to narrow down our search for your dream home. I will show you the listings you choose including any ones that have open houses. Buying a home is more than just a house, it is a neighborhood. You want to be able to see yourself in your home and get a feel for what is close by.
- Negotiate the Best Offer
My job does not stop when we find your dream home. I will run comparisons on similar sold homes in the neighborhood to make sure you are not overpaying. I will offer statistic driven advice to you on current market value, a fair price, and the terms for the offer that best fit your needs.
- Walk You Through the Fine Points
Once the offer is accepted there is a whole host of small details that must be done. I will guide you through every part of the transaction. I handle the process and coordinate the flow with the mortgage brokers, attorneys, inspectors, insurance brokers, title companies and contractors. This time can often be one of the most stressful times when buying a home, but I make it hassle free. Every part of the transaction is coordinated, and I keep you informed every step of the way so you never have to worry about what is going on or what comes next.
